Interactive Voice Servers (IVR)

The IVR (interactive voice server) solution allows you to develop an autonomous interactive menu. When a customer calls your number, they communicate with the server on which a speech is pre-recorded, guiding them in their request. This solution can allow you to respond directly via the interactive menu to the customer's request, or can put them in touch with an advisor (call center solution).
